With the Center’s series of activities, it is evident that the center through the Masjid undoubtedly hosts thousands of Muslims almost on a daily basis.

The population of worshippers is always is always on the rise thereby exposing the inadequacy of the existing facilities.

There is need for an all Encompassing Expansion of the entire Mosque area, that extends to the foyer, the car park and the convenience.

This is a call to build a home for yourself in Jannah (Paradise) by seizing this opportunity to contribute to the expansion of the Al-Noor Mosque from the current 1,000 to 10,000

Funeral Services

The Masjid provides bathing, shrouding and burial services for its members and the local community, and works in partnership with the local authority, the health authority and the coroner’s office to ensure services meet the needs of the Muslim community.

The Masjid offers public worship facilities for the obligatory prayers which are performed five times a day, and the Jummuah, Eid and Taraweeh prayers.

Nikah (Wedding)

Al -Noor masjid provides officiants for Nikah ceremonies. “Nikah” is the Arabic word for marriage. The marriage is conducted in accordance to Islamic guidance and principles with the representatives of the bride and groom as well as the required witnesses present at the occasion. The officiant will make sure the Islamic requirements for a marriage are fulfilled. A registration form can be obtained at the ICICE Administrative office, a written documentation of conduct of the marriage and witnesses are provided by the Masjid.

Spiritual Development

Since its establishment, the Masjid has been proactive in the development of spirituality and moral standards in the community.
This is achieved through a wide range of activities including educational lectures, study circles, seminars, events and most importantly through Tabligh Jamaat.

By this we try to ensure that we ourselves are practising upon Islam and we are inviting all Muslims to do the same.
